MOANA themed--Kid's Yoga and Meditation class for kids 2-5 years old at CENTRAL KY CREATIVE THERAPY!
We will learn yoga poses, sing, dance, move, relax, and practice mindfulness/meditation. This class is inclusive and sensory friendly.
This class theme is MOANA! Together we will take a journey to find our way and our inner-strength Moana style!
*45 minute class* Caregivers are invited to stay in the yoga room or in the lobby during class!
