DANCE PARTY Kid's Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation class for families at CANDY MOUNTAIN MUSIC! Kid yoga class for ages 5-8 (drop-off) .
We will have a yoga dance party!!* We will learn yoga poses, sing, dance, move, relax, and practice mindfulness/meditation.
*No previous dance skills required! :)
*45 minute class with 15 minutes of playtime in the Candy Mountain Music Playroom!
